Kelly Page continues the proud tradition of Barrios Technology as a woman-owned and operated small business. As President, Kelly is responsible for steering our strategic and tactical direction. She has built on her business development success to spearhead our commercial space endeavors through the Stellar Access division, stimulating demand in the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) commercial economy.
PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Kelly began her career with Barrios in 2006. Since then, she has been actively involved in a variety of roles including technical assignments leading to certification as an Increment Engineer. As such, she has provided real-time support in the International Space Station (ISS) Management Center for multiple Shuttle and ISS missions, as well as leading the Crew Time Working Group.

AWARDS
Kelly has been recognized by NASA for her technical and leadership skills with the coveted Silver Snoopy for the ISS’s crew time transition from assembly to utilization, resulting in record-breaking hours devoted to research onboard the ISS.
SERVICE & COMMUNITY
Kelly is the Texas lead for the Citizens for Space organization, frequently leading teams on visits to Congress to advocate for funding of NASA’s Human Space Flight programs.
FAMILY
Kelly and her husband, Jack, live in Houston, Texas near the Johnson Space Center (JSC), with their three young sons, Jackson, Oliver, and Theodore. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling with her family, cultivating her knowledge of wine, and exploring the city.
