CESAR GONZALEZ
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Cesar Gonzalez is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Barrios Technology. He has many years of experience in leading design, development, support, and operations for technology products and services. Cesar joined Barrios in 2019 as Chief Technology Officer on the NASA Human Space Flight Integration Contract (HSFTIC), responsible for the overall technical strategy and processes.

As a proud Rice University graduate, Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a focus in Computer Engineering.
GIVING BACK
Cesar is committed to giving back to the community. He is a Lifetime Member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) where he has fostered an elite engineering competition – the Extreme Engineering Challenge. He relishes adventure hiking and is a big supporter of The Boy Scouts of America, serving as Cub Master, Scoutmaster, and District Commissioner.
